I want to cancel a booking at my space

🛑 Cancelling a booking you’ve received

We recommend you avoid cancelling unless absolutely necessary, as it creates a poor experience for the driver. If you know your space won’t be available on specific dates (or certain days of the week), please remove availability in advance. You can also set pricing you’re comfortable with, so bookings feel fairly compensated.


đź“… How to cancel a received booking

  1. Go to Bookings received and open the relevant booking.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel booking.
  3. Please do this as soon as possible so the driver has time to find an alternative space.

Refunds: Drivers are refunded according to our Cancellation Policy. If something went wrong during/after the booking and you’d like to offer a refund, see how to refund a driver.


⚠️ Important

Choosing “Space Permanently Unavailable” will cancel all active and upcoming bookings on that listing. This cannot be reversed by our team.

  • Only cancel if you must — prefer removing availability in advance.
  • Cancel via Bookings received → open booking → Cancel booking.
  • Drivers are refunded per our Cancellation Policy.
  • “Space Permanently Unavailable” cancels every active/upcoming booking and cannot be undone.
