📱 JustPark SMS alerts
JustPark offers optional SMS alerts to enhance your parking experience. You can turn these on or off anytime in your account settings.
Good to know: In-app push notifications are free. SMS alerts may incur a small fee set by the local council (see pricing below).
🔔 Available SMS services
- SMS receipts: Sent immediately after you end your parking session to confirm payment.
- SMS reminders: Sent up to 10 minutes before your session expires so you can extend or move your vehicle.

⚙️ How to manage SMS alerts
- Log in to your JustPark account.
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Toggle the SMS reminders and/or SMS receipts options on or off.
📝 Summary
- SMS reminders (before expiry) and receipts (after payment) are optional.
- Fees apply per message and vary by council; push notifications are free in the app.
- Enable/disable anytime in Settings → Notifications.
