Blue Badge Parking
♿ Are you a Blue Badge holder?
JustPark cannot support using a Blue Badge as a payment or discount in the app or on the website. Any free or concessionary parking depends entirely on the specific location’s rules and signage.
Key point: A Blue Badge is not a promo code or payment option on JustPark. Only expect a concession if it’s clearly stated on on-site signs or in the listing.
We can’t book or reserve Blue Badge bays in advance. If the car park provides Blue Badge spaces and you wish to use one, you must display your Blue Badge at all times and follow the on-site rules.
🧭 What to check before you travel
- Listing details: Read the space/car park description and Access instructions. If a concession exists, it will be stated there.
- Private vs council sites: On private land (many JustPark car parks), a Blue Badge usually doesn’t grant free parking unless the operator explicitly offers it. Council-run locations may offer concessions, but conditions vary by site.
- Council concessions: Check the official website of the relevant council or the car park’s own signage before you travel.
🚗 Availability & occupancy
Most car parks are first-come, first-served. JustPark does not receive live occupancy data for disabled bays, so we can’t guarantee availability.
📝 If you still need to book
- If no concession is listed, book and pay as normal to secure your space/time window.
- Bring and display your Blue Badge at all times if parked in a Blue Badge area
