Spaces shown in search are set as available by owners or operators. Commercial sites reserve from digital inventory, private owners manage their own calendars, and if anything goes wrong on arrival you’re covered by our Booking Protection.

Yes — spaces shown in search are set as available by the Space Owner, Car Park Owner or Operator.


🏢 Commercial & Business Car Parks

We partner with commercial operators such as traditional car parks, hotels and supermarkets.

We advertise a controlled number of spaces based on demand forecasts, so the spaces you see are expected to be available, even at busy times.

After you complete payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a space is digitally reserved for your stay.


🏠 Private Space Owners

JustPark lists 45,000+ driveways and residential spaces.

Owners manage their own availability and can block dates and times when they can’t host.

They’re notified of your booking (including your arrival and departure times). When you book, the space is expected to be available when you arrive.

If you need clarity about a specific space, you can message the owner using the contact details in your confirmation.

In the rare event your reserved space is unavailable, we’ll make it right:

  • We’ll relocate you to a nearby space at no extra cost, or
  • Provide a full refund.
