🧾 How to get your insurance receipt
You can download your insurance receipt directly from your Insurance confirmation email.
Can’t find the email? Search your mailbox for “Insurance confirmation for booking” — and remember to check your Junk or Spam folders too.
📥 How to download your receipt
- Find the Insurance confirmation email — this is separate from your booking confirmation.
- The email will come from help@justpark.com.
- Open the email (it’ll look something like this ↓).
- Scroll down and click ‘Download Receipt’.
- The receipt will be saved to your device.
