ℹ️ Important: JustPark does not issue fines, is not a parking authority with jurisdiction to issue penalty charge notices, and cannot cancel them directly.
🏠 Parked in a privately owned space (e.g. driveway)?
If you were parked in a privately owned space, please raise this with our Customer Support team so we can contact the Space Owner. They may be able to resolve the issue directly. Please don’t submit an appeal until the Space Owner has been made aware and we’ve advised on the best next step.
⏳ Act quickly: Due to strict PCN timeframes, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within the first 7 days. Fees can increase significantly over time. If we aren’t contacted in time and the fee increases, you may be liable for the higher amount.
