Can I offer a different parking space if my listed space is unavailable?

It’s the space owner’s responsibility to ensure their listing’s availability is always accurate. If your driveway or space becomes temporarily or permanently unavailable, please update your listing immediately so drivers can’t book it.

Don’t offer an alternative off-platform space.
Providing a location that isn’t listed on JustPark can lead to driver confusion, unmet expectations, and potential safety, liability, or regulatory issues.

🚗 If a driver arrives and the space isn’t available

If a driver can’t use the space they booked, ask them to contact Customer Support. We’ll help find an alternative or arrange a refund where appropriate.

  • Update availability promptly whenever your space can’t be used (building works, guests, maintenance, etc.).
  • Review your calendar regularly to ensure it reflects real availability.
  • Block out specific dates/times in advance if you know you’ll need the space.
