Your Bookings

I want to change my booking time and date

🔄 Can I change my booking?

If your booking starts in more than 24 hours:

  • You can cancel your booking for a full refund (including the transaction fee) to your JustPark Wallet.
  • Use your Wallet balance to rebook with the new dates/times.

If your booking starts in less than 24 hours:

  • You can’t change the start time at short notice.
  • To start earlier, make a new booking to cover the extra time you need.
  • To end later, extend the booking if the location allows (see steps below).

Why this rule? Some sites use ANPR/barriers and we must send your details in time to avoid fines.

🚗 Arriving early?

🏢 Commercial car parks

❌ Not possible — enforcement won’t recognise early entry outside your booked window.

🏡 Private driveways & spaces

You may message the Space Owner to ask about arriving early, but they might have                              another booking or need the space themselves.

⏳ Extending your booking

🌍 On the JustPark website

  1. Go to My bookings.
  2. Select your booking and click Extend booking.
  3. Choose the additional time and Confirm & pay.

📱 In the JustPark app

  1. Open the app → My bookings → select the booking.
  2. Tap Extend booking, choose extra time, then complete payment.

Can’t see an option to amend or extend?
Make a new booking to cover the time you need (either a short session until your original booking starts, or a full replacement booking). Then contact us with both booking references. If it’s the same location and covers the same times or more, we’ll refund the overlapping/duplicate.

⚠️ Important notes

  • All changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
  • Start-time changes < 24 hours are often blocked so we can pass details to on-site enforcement (ANPR/barriers).
  • If your booking has already started, you can only extend if the space is available.
  • Wallet refunds are available immediately for rebooking; bank refunds can take longer depending on your provider.
