🕒 Changing Booking Times & Dates


🔄 Can I Change My Booking?

If your booking starts in more than 24 hours:

  • You can cancel your booking for a full refund (including the transaction fee) to your JustPark wallet.
  • Use the wallet balance to rebook with your new dates/times.

If your booking starts in less than 24 hours:

  • You cannot change the booking at short notice.
  • To start earlier, make a new booking for the extra time.
  • To start later, extend the booking if the location allows.

These restrictions exist to ensure enforcement companies receive your booking details in time, preventing parking fines.


🚗 Arriving Early?

🏢 Commercial Car Parks:

❌ Not possible—enforcement will not recognize early entry.

🏡 Private Driveways & Spaces:

You can contact the Space Owner to request early arrival. They may have another booking or be using the space themselves.


⏳ Extending Your Booking

🌍 On the JustPark Website:

  1. Go to My Bookings.
  2. Select your booking and click ‘Extend booking’.
  3. Choose the additional time and confirm payment.

📱 On the JustPark App:

  1. Open the JustPark app.
  2. Go to ‘My Bookings’ and select the relevant booking.
  3. Tap ‘Extend booking’ and choose the extra time.
  4. Complete payment to confirm.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Changes are subject to availability.
  • Changing your start time may not always be possible if your booking is within 24 hours.
  • If your booking has already started, you can only extend it if the space is available.
