How can I book more than one date?

🅿️ How to use Multi-Booking (selected listings)

On some listings, you can reserve the same space on multiple dates in one checkout. It’s perfect if you park at the same place regularly and want to lock in future dates without repeating the payment flow. You can add up to 6 dates per order (subject to availability).

Heads up: Multi-Booking is only available on eligible listings. If you don’t see the option, that space doesn’t support it yet.

🧭 How it works

✅ Step 1: Start your first booking

Open the listing, pick your first date and time window, and proceed to reserve.

➕ Step 2: Add additional dates

If the listing supports it, you’ll see Add additional date. Tap it to add another date for the same location.

🕓 Step 3: Set times for each date

Adjust the arrival and departure times for every added date. Each will appear in a clear list before checkout.

❌ Need to remove a date?

Click the X next to that date to remove it before you pay.

💰 One (capped) transaction fee

Multi-Booking charges one transaction fee for the whole order:

• 📊 10% of the total order value
• 🚫 Capped at £2.49 maximum

This is usually cheaper than making several separate bookings (each with its own fee).

📬 After you check out

• You’ll receive a normal confirmation and can view your bookings in My bookings.
• Each date appears as an individual booking entry tied to the same checkout, so you can manage them separately if needed.
• Prices, rules, and access instructions can vary by date/time (e.g., peak/off-peak).

🛠️ Managing or cancelling dates

• To change a time on a future date: open that date’s booking and use Extend booking (subject to availability). If changing the start time within 24 hours isn’t offered, make a new booking for the time you need and keep the original intact.
• To cancel one date: open that date’s booking and cancel it in line with the cancellation policy. Other dates in your multi-booking order remain unaffected.

🧠 Good to know

• Availability is live: if a date/time isn’t available, try different hours or remove that date.
• Same location only: Multi-Booking adds dates for one listing; it doesn’t mix different car parks.
• Vehicle details: Ensure your VRM is correct for each date—especially at ANPR or gated sites.
• Need more than 6 dates? Create another multi-booking for the same location.
