I have multiple accounts. Can I merge them?

There isn’t currently a self-serve way to merge accounts.
If you have multiple accounts or you can’t find a booking it may be due to you used a different email (including a Private Apple ID/“Hide My Email”), please contact us with:
- Your mobile number (used on either account)
- All email addresses you might have used to sign up or book
- The single email address you want to keep
Note: Each JustPark account can have only one email address and one mobile number. If you signed in with Apple and used a private relay email, include both that relay email and your real email so we can locate your bookings.

- Verify ownership of the accounts you listed
- Consolidate future access to the single email you chose
- Move eligible bookings so they appear under the kept account

To avoid future confusion, use the same sign-in method and email for all bookings (Email, Google, Facebook, or Apple with the same visible email).
