How do I verify myself?

βœ… Verifying your email or phone number

You may be asked to verify your email and/or phone number to confirm bookings. This usually happens when you first register or when you update your details.

Visit My Profile on the JustPark website to see your email verification status.

πŸ“± Verify a new phone number (in the app)

  1. Open the JustPark app and update your phone number in your account settings.
  2. Follow the on-screen steps β€” a verification code/link will be sent automatically.
  3. Complete the verification; you’ll see a confirmation message once successful.

Tip: If you don’t receive the code/link, check your spam/junk folder, confirm you entered the correct number/email, and request a new code.
