How do I verify myself?
✅ Verifying your email or phone number
You may be asked to verify your email and/or phone number to confirm bookings. This usually happens when you first register or when you update your details.
📧 Check if your email is verified
Visit My Profile on the JustPark website to see your email verification status.
📱 Verify a new phone number (in the app)
- Open the JustPark app and update your phone number in your account settings.
- Follow the on-screen steps — a verification code/link will be sent automatically.
- Complete the verification; you’ll see a confirmation message once successful.
Tip: If you don’t receive the code/link, check your spam/junk folder, confirm you entered the correct number/email, and request a new code.
