Are there any other charges on top of my booking?
In almost all cases, the price you pay to reserve the space is all you’ll pay. If any exceptions apply, you’ll be shown these before you confirm your booking.
There are a few situations where additional costs may apply:
- Event days — Some locations charge extra on days when nearby events take place (e.g., sports matches or concerts).
- Deposits — A refundable deposit may be requested for items like key fobs, remotes, or keys. These deposit arrangements are made directly between the space owner and the driver, and are not processed by JustPark.
- Airport transfers — If offered by the space owner, transfers may have an additional fee. These arrangements are also made directly between the space owner and the driver, and are not processed by JustPark.
Note: Payments or deposits handled outside JustPark aren’t covered by our platform protections. If you’re unsure about any extra costs, please check the listing details or contact us before booking.
