When you add a payment card to your profile (without making a booking), our system makes a small £0.01 verification. It’s a standard security step to confirm your card details and protect against fraud.
⏱️ When do I get it back?
- We release the verification immediately on our side.
- Your bank typically returns it to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Some banks can take a little longer to process, so there’s no need to worry.

- This isn’t a fee and isn’t kept by JustPark — we never keep this charge.
- On your statement it may appear as “verification”, “pending”, or similar, for £0.01.
- You don’t need to do anything; it will drop off automatically.
