🎫 What is Autopay?

Autopay takes the hassle out of parking — no need to make a booking each time you park.

By providing your vehicle details and pre-agreeing to be debited from your payment method, we use Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology to capture your arrival and departure times.

We then automatically calculate the correct price for your stay, take the payment, and create your booking for you.

📝 How do I opt into Autopay?

• ➡️ First, pay for parking at one of the locations where Autopay is available.
• ➡️ On the checkout screen, select the option to opt in.
• ➡️ After payment, you’ll be taken to the Autopay setup screen.
• ➡️ Choose the vehicle and payment card you want to use.

👉 Next time you visit a participating car park, you won’t need to do anything — your visit will be automatically charged.

You can manage Autopay settings (vehicle registration & payment method) any time in ‘My Account’ in the app.

💳 When will I be charged?

• ⏱️ Your payment is taken within 30 minutes of leaving an Autopay location.
• 📲 You’ll get a push notification once payment is taken.
• 📧 You’ll also receive an email receipt.
• 👀 The session will appear in your JustPark account.

⚙️ How does Autopay work?

We work with integrated partners who use ANPR technology:

• 🚗 Your entry and exit times are captured automatically.
• 💰 JustPark is sent this data and charges you the correct amount for your session.
