Make and model of my car are incorrect. How do I update them?

🚨 IMPORTANT

You do not need the correct make & model for your booking to be valid.

As long as the vehicle registration number is correct, your booking is valid. Enforcement checks the registration number only (not the make or model).


🔄 Want to update the make & model shown?

If the displayed make/model looks out of date, refresh your saved vehicle details:

  1. Go to your profile: JustPark Profile
  2. Scroll down to Vehicles.
  3. Click/tap the vehicle you want to update.
  4. Delete the vehicle.
  5. Re-add it manually (do not copy & paste the reg).

This prompts a fresh lookup from the DVLA database and updates the make/model shown.


📝 Summary

  • Your booking is valid if the registration number is correct.
  • Make/model is not used by enforcement.
  • To refresh displayed details, remove and re-add the vehicle in your profile (no copy & paste).
