Make and model of my car are incorrect. How do I update them?


You do not need the correct make and model for your booking to be valid.

As long as you book with the correct vehicle registration, your booking will be valid even if the make and model aren't up to date. The enforcement company will look for vehicle reg only, not make and model.


If you want to update your make and model you can:

Remove the vehicle in your JustPark account and manually re-add it (Copy & Paste the vehicle registration will not work).

Manually re-adding the registration will enable us to contact the DVLA database and request the most up to date information.
