Make and model of my car are incorrect. How do I update them?

🚨 IMPORTANT:

✅ You do not need the correct make and model for your booking to be valid.

As long as you enter the correct vehicle registration number, your booking will be valid. The enforcement company only checks the registration number, not the make or model.

🔄 Want to update your make and model?

To refresh your vehicle details, follow these steps:

1. Go to your profile: JustPark Profile
2. Scroll down to "Vehicles."
3. Tap or click on the vehicle you want to remove.
4. Delete the vehicle.
5. Manually re-add it (⚠️ Copy & Paste will not work).

This allows us to retrieve the most up-to-date information from the DVLA database.
