Post Malone Concerts Rescheduled - How do I change my parking for Post Malone?

🎤 Post Malone Concerts Rescheduled — What This Means for Your Parking

Post Malone has moved two concert dates:

  • 7 September 2025 → 20 September 2025
  • 8 September 2025 → 21 September 2025

If you booked parking for the original dates, you can’t amend that booking. Please cancel and then rebook for the new concert date.

✅ Fastest: Cancel → Wallet Refund → Rebook

  1. Go to My Bookings.
  2. Select your Post Malone booking and choose Cancel. You’ll receive a full refund (including the transaction fee) to your JustPark Wallet.
  3. Use your wallet balance to rebook for the new concert date.

Why this is fastest: Wallet refunds are instant, so you can secure a new space immediately. If your new booking costs less, the remaining wallet balance stays on your account for next time.

đź’ł Prefer a Refund to Your Original Payment Method?

No problem — we’ll allow refunds back to your original payment method for bookings affected by this Post Malone change.

  1. If you can, cancel your booking first via My Bookings.
  2. Then submit a request and include:
    • Your booking reference
    • The original concert date you booked (7 or 8 September)
    • The rescheduled date you plan to attend (20 or 21 September), or confirm you’re not attending

⚠️ Note: Once issued, bank processing times can vary.

🕒 Timing Rules & What’s Possible

  • If your booking starts in more than 24 hours: You can cancel for a full refund to your wallet and rebook right away.
  • If your booking starts in less than 24 hours: Short-notice changes aren’t possible in self-serve. If you can’t cancel online, submit a request and we’ll help under the Post Malone exception.

These rules ensure enforcement teams receive your booking details in time to prevent parking fines.

⏳ Can I Change Dates/Times Instead of Rebooking?

Due to how we pass information to enforcement companies, we do not allow time/date changes.

Please refer to the guide above about how to process your cancellation.

âť“ FAQs

Can I use my original booking on the new concert date?
No. Enforcement checks are date/time-specific. You must cancel and rebook for the new date.

What if prices have changed?
All bookings are subject to live availability and pricing at the time you rebook.

What if I arrive early?
Commercial car parks can’t accept early entry. For private driveways/spaces, you can message the Space Owner in My Bookings to ask — availability isn’t guaranteed.

Summary: For the Post Malone date changes (7→20 Sept, 8→21 Sept), the fastest route is to cancel for an instant wallet refund and rebook for the new date. If you prefer, we’ll refund back to your original payment method on request.
