π If your booking is more than 24 hours away
- Cancel your current booking.
- Any funds from the cancelled booking will return to your JustPark Wallet, ready to use instantly for your new booking.
- Rebook the space with the correct registration, date, and times using your wallet credit.
β οΈ If your booking is less than 24 hours away or already live
- Weβre unable to amend bookings within 24 hours of the start time or once live.
- Make a new booking with the correct registration, date, and times.
- Once youβve rebooked, contact our Support Team to request a refund for the incorrect booking: Submit a request.

Your vehicle registration is shared directly with the enforcement system at your booked location. If it doesnβt match, you could receive a PCN (Penalty Charge Notice). Following the steps above ensures your booking is valid and your parking session is protected.
