In line with our cancellation policy:

Refund to your JustPark Wallet — If you cancel more than 24 hours but less than 21 days before the booking starts and the booking value is under £50, your refund is instant to your Wallet and can be used straight away to make a new booking.
For Wallet refunds, the transaction fee is also returned to your Wallet and will be deducted on your next successful booking.
Refund to original payment method — If your booking value is £50 or more and you cancel more than 24 hours before the start, we’ll refund to your original payment method. Bank refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

We recommend you cancel and rebook using your JustPark Wallet (when eligible) so you can secure the correct dates immediately.

Under £50 and cancelled >24 hours and <21 days before start? Your refund goes instantly to your Wallet and is available to use right away.
£50 or more and cancelled >24 hours before start? Your refund goes back to the original payment method (allow up to 10 business days for bank cards).

Go to My bookings and open your upcoming booking.
Click Cancel booking and confirm.
If eligible for a Wallet refund (see above), your funds will appear in your Wallet instantly. Start a fresh search and complete your new booking — your Wallet will be offered at checkout.

A balance in your account that you can spend immediately on new bookings.
For eligible cancellations under £50, refunds (and the transaction fee) are returned to the Wallet and will be applied automatically at checkout.

All cancellations are handled per our cancellation policy.
Wallet eligibility depends on timing and booking value
Refunds back to a bank card can take up to 10 business days to display, depending on your bank.
No refunds for non-reservable (drive-up) parking sessions. These are not eligible for cancellation refunds.
