Are Motorhomes allowed?

🚐 Motorhomes on JustPark

JustPark doesn’t currently offer a dedicated motorhome category. However, you may find that a motorhome can fit on some private driveways if the size and access are suitable.

🔍 Before you book

• Check the listing details: Review photos, measurements (if provided), access instructions, and any vehicle size/height/weight notes.
• Measure your motorhome: Length, width, height (including racks/AC units), and turning circle. Consider overhangs and ground clearance.
• Consider access: Narrow roads, tight gates, height-restricted entrances, kerbs, and steep ramps can make entry impossible.
• Commercial/ANPR car parks: Many have height bars, max-length limits, or prohibit oversized vehicles. Always follow on-site signage.

✅ How to proceed if it might fit

1. Make the booking as normal for the space you believe will fit your motorhome.
2. After booking, use the “Message space owner” option (web/mobile web) or call the owner using the number in your confirmation to confirm acceptance of your motorhome and suitability of the space.
3. If the owner advises it won’t fit or can’t accept motorhomes, follow our cancellation policy or contact us for guidance.

🚫 What’s not provided / not allowed

• No overnight sleeping in the vehicle via JustPark.
• No (power/water) supply or waste disposal through JustPark unless a private owner explicitly lists these amenities.
• No blocking/overhanging pavements or roads—your motorhome must fit fully within the listed space.
• No assumptions about council/landlord permission—private owners control whether they accept motorhomes.

• Insurance & liability: Ensure your vehicle is insured for where you park. JustPark is a booking platform; the space owner controls access/acceptance.
• Local rules apply: Some areas restrict oversized vehicles on private roads or in residential streets. Always comply with local laws and on-site signage.
• Refunds & changes: If the owner can’t accommodate the motorhome after you booked, you may be able to cancel under our policy. See our cancellation terms.
