๐ก๏ธ Parking Peace of Mind & booking changes
If you purchased Parking Peace of Mind (PPoM) with your booking and then amend the booking (for example, by extending the end time or changing the times), your PPoM cover for that booking is automatically cancelled and refunded.
Key point: PPoM only applies to the original booking time window.
If you change those times, the insurance does not carry overโitโs cancelled and refunded.
๐ธ What happens to the insurance fee?
- The PPoM fee is automatically refunded to your original payment method when you amend the booking.
- Youโll see the refund on your booking receipt and in your transactions once processed.
๐ Need cover for your new times?
If you still want PPoM after changing your booking, create a new booking and add it again at checkout when you confirm the new amended times.

- You extend your booking by 2 hours: Original PPoM is cancelled and refunded. Create a new booking to cover the time with PPoM again.
- You shift your start time later: PPoM tied to the original time window is cancelled and refunded. Create a new booking with PPoM at checkout.
โ ๏ธ Good to know
- PPoM is not transferable between bookings or time windows.
- If you cancel the whole booking, PPoM is refunded in line with our cancellation policy back to your original payment method.
