I Can’t Find My Booking / My Booking is Not Showing in the App

🔍 I can't find my booking

If your booking isn’t showing in the app or on your account — don’t worry! It’s usually quick to fix. This happens most often when a booking is made under a different email or login method (for example, Apple ID or Google).


💡 Most common fix: Try logging in with “Continue with Apple” — many bookings are linked to an Apple ID, not your usual email address.

🪄 Step 1: Check how you logged in

We recommend checking whether you used one of the following when making your booking:

  • Apple ID – If you used “Continue with Apple”, your booking may be linked to a private relay email (for example, abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com).
  • Google – If you used “Login with Google”, make sure you’re signing in with the same Google account.
  • Email and password – If you entered your email manually, try logging in directly using that address.

Tip: Many people have more than one JustPark profile without realising. Try signing in with a different option — you may find your booking straight away.


📧 Step 2: Search your email inbox

Look for your JustPark confirmation email by searching for “JustPark confirmation” or “Your JustPark booking”.

  • If you booked using Apple ID or Apple Pay, the email may be sent to a hidden or forwarded address (for example @icloud.com or @privaterelay.appleid.com).
  • Still can’t find it? Check your junk or spam folder just in case.

💳 Step 3: Check your payment method

If payment has been taken but you can’t see the booking, it may be linked to a different account.

  • Apple Pay or Google Pay – The booking follows the email saved to that payment method.
  • Credit or debit card – If you paid manually, make sure the confirmation email matches the account you’re logging in with.

🧠 Step 4: Still can’t find it?

If you’ve tried the steps above and still can’t see your booking, but payment has definitely come out, please contact us and include your booking reference, the email you think you used, and how you paid — we'll track it down.


💡 Good to know!

  • If you log in using Apple Pay or “Continue with Apple”, you may have a private relay address that’s different from your usual email.

Once you’ve found the right login, your booking will appear instantly under My Bookings → Upcoming.
