Making payment over the phone is simple. Follow these steps at the car park:

1. Locate the sign for the bay/car park you’re using.
2. Call the number printed on the sign to start payment.
3. Find the Location ID on the sign.
4. When prompted, enter the Location ID into the phone system.
5. Enter your vehicle registration (VRM) and your payment details to complete payment.

Tip: Have your VRM and card ready. Speak clearly, and use your phone keypad if voice recognition struggles.
