Can I change my vehicle registration for an active parking session?

Once you have started a parking session, it is not possible for you to change the registered vehicle listed. This is because we have already confirmed these details with the relevant enforcement agency. If you do need to make a change to this, please cancel the current session and make another with the correct details. For any refunds on sessions with incorrect details, please send a refund request to our customer support team.
