💳 Why does JustPark charge a Transaction Fee?

We charge a transaction fee to help cover the cost of running the platform and providing customer support for your booking.

📌 Transaction Fee details

• £0.69 for booking values less than £5.75
• 12% of the booking value capped at £1.99
• Charged only once per booking (not on extensions)
• For multi-bookings (up to six in one transaction), the fee is 12% of the booking value capped at £2.49

The service fee helps us find and maintain great spaces for you. The transaction fee covers the costs of processing your booking and providing support.

Is VAT applied to the transaction fee?

Yes. Your receipt will show a full VAT breakdown, which is claimable where applicable.

Will the transaction fee be refunded if I cancel?

If you cancel, the refund of your fee will depend on our cancellation policy.
