My phone number has moved to another account.
You have been emailed that your phone number has been moved to another account but this wasn't you?
🔒 Your account is safe and has not been compromised.
If you've received an email saying your phone number has been updated and you don't remember making this change, don't worry. Read on to understand what's happened and what you can do.
Why did this happen?
JustPark now requires all accounts to have a phone number. If you have more than one JustPark account, your phone number may have been automatically applied to the account you most recently logged into.
💡 This commonly happens with "Log in with Apple", which can create a private relay email address and generate a second account without you realising.
What can I do?
1) Continue using your current account No action needed — your bookings, preferences, and phone number are all safe.
2) Log out and switch back to your main account Log out, then log back in using the email address for your preferred account.
3) Merge your two accounts We can combine both accounts into one. Contact our support team and include:
- 📧 The email addresses of both accounts
- ✅ The email address you'd like to keep going forward
📝 Summary
- Not fraud or a security breech — your account is secure.
- Your phone number moved because you have two accounts and we now require all accounts to have one.
- Happy where you are? No action needed.
- Want your old account back? Log out and back in with that email.
- Want one account? Contact us with both email addresses and we'll merge them.
