📅 Can't find your booking?

My booking isn't showing in the app
Make sure you're signed in with the same email address you used when booking. Check My Bookings > Upcoming Bookings, or try logging out and back in.

I paid with Apple Pay and never received a confirmation
If you checked out with Apple Pay while not signed in, your booking may be on an Apple "Hide My Email" account. Try signing in using Continue with Apple — not your usual email or Google login.

I still can't find it
Contact our support team with your vehicle registration and we'll locate it for you.

📍 Finding your space

Where is my car park?
Your car park name and a maps link are in your booking confirmation email. Use the maps link to navigate directly to your space.

What time does my car park open?
Your opening time is shown on your confirmation email. Please don't arrive before this time — the space won't be accessible.

🚗 On the night

Do I need to print anything?
No. Just have your confirmation email on your phone. Your booking is pre-paid — no barrier, ticket machine, or check-in required.

My space says pre-paid — do I pay again on arrival?
No, you're all paid up. Just drive in and park.

I'm running late — will my space still be there?
Yes. Your pre-paid space is held for the full booking period. Head there as soon as you can — roads around the arena can be congested on show nights.

🚧 Road closures & getting away

Are there road closures?
The A444 Jimmy Hill Way will be closed for up to one hour after the show to allow safe pedestrian exit. It will reopen as soon as it's safe to do so. Allow extra time when planning your departure.

What about taxis and ride-shares?
Taxis, Ubers, and other ride-share vehicles are directed to Arena Shopping Park only. No pick-ups are permitted outside the CBS Arena.

ℹ️ Venue info

• Bags larger than A4 are not permitted inside the venue.
• Prohibited items include party poppers, alcohol, large umbrellas, glass and perfume bottles.
• Outside food, drink, and cooler bags cannot be brought in.
• Reusable plastic water bottles are permitted; sealed bottles may be inspected.
