App wont load
📱 App won’t load? Update your phone’s software
If the JustPark app isn’t opening or keeps crashing, first make sure your phone has the latest software update installed. You can do this in your phone’s Settings.
🛠️ Update your phone’s software
- iPhone (iOS): Settings → General → Software Update → Download & Install.
- Android: Settings → System (or About phone) → System update / Software update → Check for updates.
⬇️ Update the JustPark app
- iPhone: App Store → Profile → Updates → Update JustPark.
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Manage apps & device → Updates available → Update JustPark.
🔄 After updating
- Fully close and reopen the app.
- Restart your phone if the issue persists.
Still not working? Try clearing storage space, ensuring a stable data/Wi-Fi connection, or reinstalling the app. If problems continue, please contact us.
