How do I update the card on my account?
You can manage, add, or delete payment cards from your JustPark account on both desktop and the mobile app. This guide explains how to do it in each.
π³ How to manage your payment cards
You can manage your saved cards on either desktop or mobile. Follow the instructions below for your preferred platform.
π» On Desktop
- Log into your JustPark account from a desktop or laptop computer.
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll down to the Payment Methods section.
- From there, you can add or delete any cards on file.
π± On the App
- Open the JustPark app.
- Tap on your Account Information (your initials in the top-right corner).
- Scroll down to Payment Methods.
- Add or delete your cards as needed.
β οΈ Important β Live and Monthly Saver Bookings
Please Note: For bookings that have already been made or completed, it is not possible to change the payment details.
For Monthly Saver Bookings, if you wish to change the card used for your next payment:
- Go to your Bookings Made section (either in the Past or In Progress tab).
- Select your Monthly Saver Booking.
- Scroll down to the Payment Information section.
- Update your card details from there.
