I can't find my booking

🔐 Can’t see your bookings? You may be logged into a different account

This often happens if you accidentally signed in with a different method (e.g. Apple or Google) instead of the email you normally use for JustPark.

Quick check: Make sure you’re signing in with the same method (email or social login) you originally used to create your JustPark account.

📲 How to switch back to your usual account (app)

  1. Tap the menu (top-left corner).
  2. Scroll down and tap your profile (you’ll see My account under your name).
  3. Tap Log out at the bottom.
  4. Open the menu again and tap Sign in.
  5. Sign in using the email you originally used for JustPark or the correct social login (Apple/Google) you used when you first created the account.

💡 Other things to try

  • Try the alternative sign-in buttons you may have used before: Apple or Google.
  • If you usually use email but can’t remember the password, reset your password.
  • Check for typos and make sure you’re using the same email address you used to book.
