Getting Started
How do I book event parking?
You can create a JustPark account whilst booking event parking at the checkout phase. It takes a few clicks.
Simply search for your event venue, select your date and time, and complete your booking.
Where can I find my booking confirmation?
Your booking confirmation is available in three places:
- Your email inbox (check spam/junk if you can't see it)
- Your JustPark account on the website (justpark.com → Your Bookings)
- Your JustPark app under Your Bookings
Please have your booking confirmation ready to show when you arrive at the car park.
Arriving at the Venue
What happens when I arrive?
Our helpful on-site assistants will be there to guide you to your parking space. Please have your booking confirmation email ready to show on arrival.
Can I arrive early?
No. Event car parks are enforced and you cannot enter before your booked time. Arriving early risks receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
How many vehicles can I park per booking?
One booking covers one vehicle only. If you need to park more than one vehicle, you'll need to make a separate booking for each.
Changing Your Booking
How do I change the vehicle registration (VRM) on my booking?
The vehicle registration on your booking must be correct — it is used for enforcement. The make and model of your vehicle don't matter.
If the edit option is available on your booking, you can update your VRM directly in your JustPark account.
If you don't see an edit option, the enforcement agency already has your vehicle data. In this case, cancel your booking and re-book the same time and space with the correct VRM.
Important: VRM changes are not possible after your booking has started. You will need to rebook with the correct registration.
Can I change the date or time of my booking?
What you can change depends on how soon your booking starts. Log into your JustPark account and check your booking for available options.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is the cancellation policy for event parking?
All sales are final. Once purchased, event parking passes cannot be cancelled or exchanged except under the specific circumstances outlined below.
You must contact JustPark Support for all cancellations of event parking.
When will a cancellation NOT be accepted?
Cancellations will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
- Change of plans, deciding not to attend, or no longer needing the parking pass
- Weather concerns or event delays (unless the event is officially cancelled)
- Transportation issues, including transit strikes (unless the event is officially cancelled)
- Late arrival, being turned away due to lateness, or difficulty locating the car park
- Booking errors such as wrong vehicle type, vehicle registration, car park type, or oversized vehicle
- Illness or any personal reason preventing attendance
- Passes already marked as redeemed or used
When might a cancellation be accepted?
Event officially cancelled — passes will be automatically cancelled and refunded, subject to the venue's instruction.
Event rescheduled — if you cannot attend the new date, passes may be cancelled and refunded at the venue's discretion.
Duplicate booking to fix an error — if you purchase an additional pass to correct a mistake (e.g. wrong date, wrong vehicle registration, or wrong car park), the original pass may be cancelled and refunded at JustPark's and/or the venue's discretion. The original pass must be unredeemed and unused, and the event must not yet have taken place.
Parking Charge Notices (PCNs)
I received a Parking Charge Notice. What should I do?
PCNs are typically issued for an incorrect vehicle registration on the booking or arriving outside of your booked time.
