How to amend my booking times
Some locations may not allow time changes due to
- ANPR enforcement
- Reaching the maximum stay, or
- Simply because the location does not permit extensions.
If you’re changing dates completely and your start time is more than 24 hours away, it’s simpler to cancel and rebook.
Otherwise, follow the steps below to adjust your times
Heads up: Changing your start time may not be possible if the booking begins in < 24 hours.
All changes are subject to availability.
- Go to My bookings and open the Upcoming or in Progress tab.
- Select the booking you want to amend.
- Click Extend booking.
- Adjust the start and end date/time as needed. Double-check both are correct.
- Click Check availability. If available, you’ll see Confirm and pay.
If unavailable, change the times or cancel to keep your original booking. - Click Confirm and pay. Any difference will be charged accordingly.
- Open the app → Menu (☰) → My bookings → Upcoming or in Progress tab.
- Tap the booking you want to amend.
- Tap Extend booking.
- Adjust the from / until date/time. Double-check both are correct.
- If available, a Pay button appears at the bottom. If unavailable, change the times or cancel to keep your original booking.
- Tap Pay and extend (or Buy if Apple Pay). Any difference will be charged accordingly.
Can’t see the option to amend or change times?

If your booking hasn’t started:
- Book a second session to cover extra time until your original booking becomes valid, or
- Make a new booking for the entire period you need.
Then contact us with both booking references. If the new booking is at the same place and covers roughly the same times, we’ll refund the overlapping/duplicate booking.
If the Extend button is missing or the extension fails:
- 🚧 You may have reached the location’s maximum stay, or
- 🚫 The location does not allow extensions.
- ⏳ If you can't extend - Once your original booking is finished, you must make a new booking immediately elsewhere to avoid a fine. Always check on-site signage for local rules.
Note: For some gated or ANPR-monitored sites, short-notice start-time changes may be blocked so we have enough time to share your details with on-site enforcement.
