What can I do if I'm unable to access the space?

🧭 Can’t find your space on the day?

Your confirmation email is your best friend. It includes the full address, directions, landmarks, access instructions, and the space owner’s contact number.

1) Call the space owner

If you booked a private driveway/space, the owner is the quickest way to get pointed to the right spot. Find their phone number in your booking confirmation email or inside My bookings.

2) Contact JustPark

If you can’t reach the owner, contact us and we’ll do our best to guide you to an alternative JustPark space nearby.

3) Book another space

If it’s outside our support hours (08:00–20:00 Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00 Sat–Sun, 09:00–16:00 bank holidays) or you need immediate help, please book another JustPark space yourself.

If you couldn’t find the original space due to a listing issue (e.g., inaccurate description), we’ll refund that booking — and if you rebook at a more expensive location, we can reimburse up to 2× the price of the original booking. See How do I get a refund?

Tip: Pull over safely before checking instructions. Avoid relying on the postcode alone; use the full address and map pin from your confirmation.
