What can I do if I'm unable to access the space?

Remember that the booking confirmation email is your best friend in these situations! You'll find clear instructions in the booking confirmation email about how to find the space. In the unlikely event that you can't find the space on the day:

1. Call the space owner

If you booked a space on a private drive, the space owner is the best person to direct you to the space. Check your booking confirmation email for the owner’s phone number.

2. Contact us

If you can't get hold of the space owner, please contact us and we will do our best to direct you to an alternative JustPark space nearby. See: How do I contact Just Park? 

3. Book another space

If you need help outside of our support team's working hours (08:00 - 20:00, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday, Sunday and 09:00 - 16:00 on bank holidays), or if you are unable to get immediate help, please book another JustPark space yourself.

If you couldn't find the space because there was a problem with the listing description, we will refund your booking - and if you rebook at a more expensive location then we can reimburse you for that booking (up to twice the price of the original booking). How do I get a refund?
