How do I change the details of my booking?

For enforced car parks, the vehicle registration (VRM) must be correct. The make & model donโt affect your booking.

Update your vehicle details in your account if the edit option is available for your booking.
- โ Only the VRM is used for enforcement.
- โ The make & model wonโt impact your booking.

If you donโt see an edit option, itโs because the enforcement agency already has your vehicle data.
- ๐ Cancel and re-book the same time and space with the correct VRM.
- ๐งญ Then continue your journey as normal โ this ensures the correct enforcement match.

- ๐ข Commercial/enforced car parks: You cannot enter early โ doing so risks a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

๐ ฟ๏ธ How Many Vehicles Per Booking?
One booking covers one vehicle. To park more than one vehicle, make a separate booking for each.

- ๐ VRM changes arenโt possible after your booking starts, and you will need to rebook with the correct VRM
- ๐ Other changes depend on availability and the Space Ownerโs policies.
