💙 NHS discount (10% off)
Thank you to all NHS staff. We offer a 10% discount on all bookings once your status is registered with us.
✅ Who’s eligible and included?
- NHS staff with either an NHS email or verified, valid and in date NHS ID.
- Most reservation bookings
- Some 'pay on arrival/pay on exit' locations
❌ What's not included?
- Event Bookings
- Monthly subscription bookings
- Some 'pay on arrival/pay on exit' locations
- Some reservation listings
If the 10% discount is not applied at checkout - that location is not valid for the discount
🛠️ How to register
Option A — You have an NHS work email
- Create a JustPark account using your NHS email via this page.
- Once your account is created, search for a space and make a booking — the 10% discount is applied automatically.
Option B — You don’t have an NHS email
- Go to this page and register your account.
- If your email isn’t recognised as NHS, we’ll send you an email requesting proof of your role.
- Reply with the requested proof. After verification, we’ll add the 10% discount to your account.
🔁 Already using JustPark?
If you already have an account, please contact us via this form using the email address on your JustPark account, and include proof of your employment in the NHS. We’ll apply the discount once verified.
🏷️ Using your discount
- Once verified, the 10% discount will auto-apply to your bookings when you’re signed in.
- If you don’t see it at checkout, make sure you’re logged in to the verified account and try refreshing the page.
❌ Cancellations & refunds
If you no longer need your space, please cancel as soon as possible. Depending on when you cancel, you may be eligible for a refund. See our cancellation policy.
