I booked the wrong car / registration
đźš— I want to change the vehicle I booked
No worries — if you’ve entered the wrong vehicle registration when booking, you can update it in a few quick steps right in the app or on the website.
💡 Most common fix: If you have an active booking that hasn’t started yet (or has only just begun), you may be able to update your vehicle registration directly from your account. Update your vehicle in the “Manage booking” section — no need to cancel or rebook!
⚠️ Important:
In some cases, even before your booking starts, the enforcement agency may already have received your vehicle details. When that happens, the system won’t let you amend your registration — this is to prevent fines and data mismatches.
If you find you’re unable to make the change:
Cancel your booking and create a new one for the same time and space using the correct registration.
This ensures the correct vehicle is recognised for enforcement purposes.

📱 Step 1: (On App) Tap Manage booking
If your booking is visible on the main screen simply select Manage booking from your home screen.

Open the JustPark app and tap My Bookings → Upcoming to find your active booking.

đź§ľ Step 2: (Mobile Web/Desktop) Select the booking you want to change
Choose the booking that has the incorrect registration number.

✏️ Step 3: Tap the pencil icon to change your vehicle
From your Booking details page, tap the small pencil icon next to your vehicle info.
đźš™ Step 4: Select or add your correct vehicle
Choose the correct vehicle from your list, or select Add another vehicle if it’s not listed.
âś… Step 5: Change auto saves
Your booking will now update to show the new registration. You’ll see it listed under Booking information.

- You can update your registration any time before your booking starts — there’s no need to cancel or rebook.
- If you arrive with the wrong registration, ANPR or enforcement may not recognise your booking.Â
- Always double-check the correct plate is showing in Booking details.
Once updated, you’re all set — your new vehicle details will apply automatically to your booking ✅
