How to top up my Cornwall Wallet

Before you start


Make sure you have the following ready before topping up:

  • The JustPark app downloaded on your smartphone, or access to justpark.com/season-tickets/cornwall
  • A JustPark account — if you don't have one yet, you'll be prompted to create one during the process
  • A payment method ready to complete your purchase

⚠️ Important: Make sure you are signed into the correct JustPark account before topping up. If you top up or sign in on the wrong account, your credit will not be accessible when you come to pay. If you're unsure if your in the right account, see "Where to find your credit - Are you in the right account" below.


💳 How to top up your Cornwall Wallet credit


🌍 Topping up via the website

  1. Go to justpark.com/season-tickets/cornwall
  2. Sign in to your JustPark account, or create one if you don't have one yet
  3. Under Ticket Type, select Wallet
  4. Use the Location box to choose your preferred car park or zone
  5. Enter the amount of credit you'd like to load — note that a minimum spend applies
  6. Add your payment details and click Pay

📱 Topping up via the app

  1. Open the JustPark app
  2. In the search bar, type the name of an eligible Cornwall Council car park and select it from the results
  3. Tap Buy Tickets & Permits
  4. From the ticket type dropdown, select Wallet
  5. Enter the amount of credit you'd like to load — note that a minimum spend applies
  6. Complete your payment

💡 Tip: If the app detects your location automatically and opens a car park window, close it and follow the steps above manually to ensure you're buying the Wallet credit, not a standard session.


🔍 Where to find your credit - Are you in the right account?

It's possible to have more than one JustPark account without realising. This commonly happens if you previously signed in using an Apple ID, which may have created a separate account without you realising.

To confirm your credit is on the account you're currently using:

  1. Open the JustPark app
  2. Tap the ☰ menu in the top left corner
  3. Select Tickets & Permits
  4. Under Active, you should see your remaining credit and its expiry date

✅ Credit is showing? You're in the right account! See our guide on how to pay with your Cornwall Wallet credit.

❌ Nothing showing? Sign out and sign back in using the email address and password you used when you purchased your credit. Check Tickets & Permits again.

🛠️ Troubleshooting


Problem What to do
I topped up but can't see my credit Check Tickets & Permits — not the main Wallet. If nothing is showing, you may be in the wrong account. Sign out and sign back in with the account used to purchase.
I can't find the Wallet option in the app Make sure you are searching for an eligible Cornwall Council car park. The Wallet option only appears for car parks that are part of the scheme.
I don't know which account I used to purchase Contact our support team with your purchase confirmation email if you have it and we'll track it down.
My credit has disappeared Cornwall Wallet credit expires two years after purchase. Check the expiry date shown in Tickets & Permits. If it hasn't expired, contact our support team.
