Parking at a hotel car park with JustPark

JustPark lets you book parking at hotel car parks across the UK, whether or not you're staying at the hotel. Everything you need is in your booking's access instructions.

🕒 Arrive from your start time. Leave by your end time. Running late? No need to tell us. You're covered to arrive any time within your booking.
📋 Your registration plate is your ticket; however, check your access instructions before you travel. They'll tell you if you need to visit reception, where to park, and whether you can come and go.
🪧 Signs don't affect your booking. "Guest parking only" signs don't apply to you, and you may not see JustPark signs. You're still covered.
🛎️ Hotel staff may not know about your booking. That's normal. We may work with the car park's enforcement company rather than the hotel, and they have your booking.
♿ Blue badge bays aren't covered by your booking.
📏 Check size limits and extra charges. You'll find these in the listing, especially important if you drive a larger vehicle.

🛎️ Do I need to visit reception?

Some hotels ask you to check in at reception when you arrive. Your access instructions will tell you if you need to, so take a look before you set off.

If your instructions don't mention checking in, you're good to go. At these car parks we may work with the enforcement company rather than the hotel itself, so hotel staff might not know about JustPark or your booking. That's completely normal. The enforcement company has your booking, so you're covered for the time you've booked.

🪧 Signs at the car park

"Guest parking only" signs are for people parking without a booking. With a JustPark booking, you're covered for the time you've booked, even if you're not staying at the hotel.

You may not see any JustPark signs either. We don't own the car park, so we may not put up our own signage.

🅿️ Where to park

Check your access instructions in case your booking is limited to a specific area of the car park.

Blue badge bays aren't covered by your booking. Parking in one without the relevant permit could result in a fine.

📏 Size limits and extra charges

Hotel car parks can have height or size restrictions, and some have extra charges. You'll find these in the listing information, so check before you book, especially if you drive a larger vehicle.

🚗 Entry and exit

Some car parks allow one entry and one exit, while others let you come and go. Check the listing description before you book, or the access instructions in your confirmation email if you've already booked.

🕒 Arrive from your start time, leave by your end time

You can arrive any time during your booking. If you're running late, there's no need to let us know.

Don't overstay. Make sure you leave before your booking ends. If you need more time, extend your booking or make a new one before your current one ends.

⏩ Arriving early or extending your stay

Need to arrive earlier or stay longer than you've booked? Sort this out before you arrive early or before your current booking ends, so you're covered the whole time.

📅 Parking across multiple days

Consecutive days (e.g. Monday to Wednesday): make one booking covering the full period.
Non-consecutive days (e.g. Monday, Friday and Sunday): use Multi-book at checkout. Tap + Add additional booking to add up to 5 days in one transaction, with just one transaction fee.
