How does JustPark work?
JustPark lets you reserve a parking space in advance. When you book, your vehicle registration is automatically sent to the car park's enforcement system — no ticket, no display, no barrier in many cases.

Changing or adding my vehicle registration
Many bookings allow you to change your vehicle registration (VRM) yourself in the app or online:
- Open My Bookings
- Tap the booking
- Select Change Vehicle
If that option isn't available, the car park has disabled amendments — this is common at supermarkets and ANPR-enforced sites. In that case, you'll need to make a new booking with the correct VRM and we can refund the original.
Help accessing a space I've booked
First, check your booking confirmation email — it contains access instructions and, for private spaces, the owner's contact number.
Common issues:
- Barrier won't open: try the intercom or check your confirmation for an access code
- Space is occupied: contact the space owner (number in your confirmation), then contact us if unresolved
- Car park says full: if you have a valid booking and can't get in, contact us and we'll refund you
VAT receipt
A VAT receipt is available for all JustPark bookings:
- Log in and go to My Bookings
- Open the booking
- Tap Get VAT receipt
Electric vehicle charging
Some JustPark spaces include EV charging. This will be shown clearly on the listing before you book.

NHS staff discount
JustPark offers a discount for NHS key workers. To apply:
- Log in to your JustPark account
- Go to Account → Promotions
- Enter your NHS discount code
Password reset
To reset your password:
- Go to the JustPark login page
- Click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and check your inbox
If you signed up with Apple ID or Google, you won't have a JustPark password — log in using the same Apple or Google button you used originally.
Referral or promo code
To apply a referral or promo code:
- At checkout, look for Got a promo code?
- Enter your code before completing payment
Codes can't be applied retrospectively to a completed booking. If a code isn't working, check it hasn't expired and that your booking meets the terms.
Best Price Guarantee
If you find the same parking space cheaper on another platform within 24 hours of booking, we'll match it. To claim:
- Find the lower price on a comparable booking (same space, same dates and times)
- See the full Best Price Guarantee terms and submit your claim via the article
The guarantee applies to the same listing only — not similar spaces nearby.
Northern Ireland parking
JustPark operates in Northern Ireland and bookings work the same way as the rest of the UK.
Damage to my vehicle
We're sorry to hear your vehicle was damaged. Here's what to do:
- Document the damage with photos immediately
- For private spaces — contact the space owner (number in your confirmation email) in the first instance
- Submit a report to us using the form below — we'll investigate and help mediate where possible
Close account or data request
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data under GDPR. You can also request a copy of the data we hold about you.
To submit a request:
We'll respond within 30 days as required by law. If you have an active booking or outstanding balance, we'll let you know before closing your account.
