Cornwall Council - Wallet Credit
⚠️ Please note: The Cornwall Wallet is a separate feature to the JustPark Wallet used for booking refunds and cancellation credits. Once topped up, your Cornwall Wallet credit can be found under Tickets & Permits in your JustPark account — not in the Wallet section.
🅿️ What is the Cornwall Wallet?
The Cornwall Wallet is a pre-pay parking credit scheme available exclusively at eligible Cornwall Council car parks. Rather than paying per session at the standard rate, you load credit onto your JustPark account in advance and use it to access a heavily discounted daily parking rate — saving up to 75% compared to standard tariffs.
It's ideal if you:
- Regularly commute and park in Cornwall Council car parks
- Frequently visit a particular town with an eligible car park
- Are holidaying in Cornwall and want to save on parking costs
⚠️ Important things to know before you buy
- Full day sessions only. Cornwall Wallet credit covers a full day parking session, valid until midnight on the day it is activated. If you need to park for a shorter time, you will need to pay using your standard payment method.
- Eligible car parks only. The Wallet can only be used at designated Cornwall Council long stay car parks. Not all Cornwall Council car parks are included. Check the list of eligible car parks before purchasing.
- App required. You must have the JustPark app downloaded and a JustPark account to use Wallet credit. It cannot be used via pay-and-display machines.
- Minimum spend applies. There is a minimum top-up amount of £50 when loading credit.
- Credit expiry. Wallet credit is valid for two years from the date of purchase. Any unused credit after this will expire.
- Transaction fee. A £0.10 transaction fee is added per session when paying by Wallet, as per the contract with Cornwall Council.
