Do I need to register my vehicle at the hotel?
Booked parking at a hotel through JustPark? In most cases, you won't need to do anything extra when you arrive — your vehicle registration is already linked to your booking, and the on-site ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) system will recognise your car automatically.
🚗 Do I need to register my vehicle at the hotel?
In most cases, no. When you book, the registration you provide is passed directly to the on-site system, so there's no need to visit the hotel foyer or reception to register your vehicle separately.
The only exception is if your booking confirmation specifically states that additional steps are required — always check your access instructions first.
📩 Where to check your access instructions
- Check the booking confirmation email sent to you after booking.
- You can also view this anytime under My Bookings.
- Access instructions will tell you if there's anything extra to do — for example, registering at reception, using a specific entrance, or following a particular route into the car park.
✅ What if my access instructions don't mention registration?
If there's nothing in your access instructions about registering your vehicle, you don't need to take any further action. As long as you park using the registration provided at the time of booking and stay within your booked times, the on-site ANPR system will recognise your vehicle automatically and you shouldn't have any issues.
📝 Good to know
- Always double check the registration on your booking matches the vehicle you're driving on the day.
- Access instructions can vary by location, so it's worth checking these for each individual booking rather than assuming they're the same every time.
