How do I change the times for my booking?

  • Is the booking due to start more than 24hrs away?

Yes

You can cancel the booking to get a full refund - then book the amended dates.

I want to change my start time because I arrived early

If this is a commercial car park - the answer would be no. The enforcement company used by the car park owner would not receive the updated time - so would issue a parking fine. This would likely be rescinded on appeal - but could cause unnecessary stress and work.

 

If this is a private driveway or private space, you should contact the Space Owner and see if they will allow it - they may already have another booking or have their own vehicle on the drive.

Extending your booking

To extend your booking:

  1. Go to the My bookings section of your JustPark account and select the relevant booking.
  2. Click Extend booking on the booking you want to update. If there is any extra to pay then you will be prompted to make an additional payment. Please note you cannot move the start time of your booking.
  3. Select Confirm changes.

Note: If you want to change the dates of your booking, you will need to cancel and rebook for the new dates. This is subject to availability and restrictions.
