Bookings live in the app under "My bookings". If you booked as a guest, check your email inbox (and spam) for your confirmation.
Find my booking →🚗 Change your vehicle reg
Update your vehicle details in the app under your booking. Please note: some locations don't accept vehicle reg changes after booking. If yours doesn't, make a new booking with the correct reg and submit a refund request for the original.

Our team replies to every request — we aim to respond within 48 hours, and it's often much faster. Submitting in writing means you'll have a record of your conversation, and we can look into your account properly before replying.
